Safety Relief Valve

Dear all, i have question about safety relief valve. Do you have any formula to find discharge capacity of safety relief valve? it will be install on water system with pressure is maintained below 2 bar. The water flow rate is about 32 gpm. thanks

API 520/521 Having the formula for relief valves. pls.check it.
