Are you using a separate eeprom chip, or the memory in the uController?

I obtained the Keil software with my ADI ADuC7026 Evaluation Board. I have not been into it enough to guide you. Like everything else I have programmed, I had to do it with extensive trial-and-error. Dig in and bite the bullet. No one is going to do the work for you. If they did, you would not have the satisfaction of having accomplished something nor the knowledge to do it again.

Talk to the people at Atmel. Search their website. They may even have papers on how to interface the Real-Time Clock (RTC) to your uController.

The Internet contains a vast amount of information. Learn how to make the most of the various search engines.
