Wattage For a Stick Welding Machine

Does any one Have a reference for the wattage of a single phase 230v Stick Welding Machine?

I need it for my Load Schedule.

My 230A(max) stick welder runs about 6.5 kW and manufacturer recommends a 240V, 40A dedicated circuit.

If it is used in the same operation regularly, then all you need for your load calculation is 6.5 kW. If it CAN be used at higher welding amps, then use 10 kW. If it is only used occasionally, then you must determine the percentage of time that it is used and make your own judgement on the load you report.
