maybe the iphone or the droid. Both have applications/programs you can add to the phones. There could be an app. to do what your wanting to do. Or you could write one to do it maybe.

i have tried iphone but mac doesnt allow to and fro of data, some security issues.i want to run an accounting software where i have to provide a path to the file which the accounting software(software name-tally erp9) generates for each company created in the software and interact on every journal entry made.

I want a mobile phone which allows and behave just like an hard disk when connected via a wireless lan just like any desktop or laptop.
