May I know what is the best dimension of MCPCB that fit the best for T3Ster machine requirements? Or it can fit any dimension of MCPCB?..please advice me on this..
Hi lynlynch, i have contact the corresponding supplier..but there are no respond from them..that is why I share my problem here so that anyone have any idea regarding MCPCB dimension can share with me..anyway thanks for your kind advice..nice day.
T3Ster is aimed at dynamic thermal characterization of packaged
semiconductor devices (diodes, BJT-s, J-FET-s and MOSFET-s, thyristors,
power LED-s), MCM-s and other electrical or MEMS components. With
dedicated fixtures and software, characterization of PWB-s and other
substrates or thermal interface materials and/or cooling assemblies is
also possible.
If the above makes no sense to you, I can be of no further help. Why would you have a machine about which you know nothing?
I know the use of T3Ster..I have done some measurement using that machine...
I'm using this machine since few months ago..All this while my sample (LED)will be in a package (already connected on MCPCB)..But this time I have sample without MCPCB.. so thats why I'm looking the Trister requirements for the boards if there is any...Anyway I just got a reply from my supplier...thank you for your kind advice..tc
