Dear Johnsly,

Is it 4.5 Kw OR 45 kw ? In any case bearings may need replacement with or after two years time. Since you can buy them off-the shelf knowing their numbers will be enough. The contactor's spare kit willl be of good use any time.

Please do not give us any home-work in future.

Ask the manufacturer what the spare part selection should be. At the very least you should identify the motor type and how it is used when asking for maintenance help. In this concern the power is a useless piece of information. It's like asking what pressure should my black, blue and orange tires be inflated to?

Could be nothing, could be the entire motor. It really depends on the application, motor type, motor usage and environment the motor is operated in.

Can you provide much more information please.
