if i will increase the housing bore in rotary vane type vacuum pump ,what will be the effect on it's performance

If the motor can keep up with the increased torque without tripping on overcurrent, it will take less time to get down to a specific vacuum level, assuming all the clearances around the vanes can cope with the greater extension of the vanes.

Oh, and it will wear out sooner.
