Pipe Thickness

We have 12" pipe about 43m high than the land surface and the same size pipe meter high with a gate valve please tell me what is the pressure in gate valve and after valve the pipe is 4" please tell me answer with formulas

The answer is 43m of head (assuming it's water in the pipe)
This link has a conversion chart which will help you conver 43m into whatever unit you want.

BTW, the pipe diameter is irrelevant, it effects the flow rate not the pressure.
