"...interested to work together in Egypt?"

No, thanks anyway. Not if you are already planning to drop cylinders of compressed anything from the top of a truck!

You might try to keep that detail quiet... might get you better employee candidates.

If the valve gets damaged you may get gas leakage. Why not employ supervisors to ensure they do the job properly and impose heavy penalties on any worker that mishandles the material?

If these are standard pressure cylinders, you will find they are very strong. If the caps are on snug, they will protect the valve. If the workers abuse the cylinders too much, mother nature will take over and thin the herd. The survivors will have a little more respect for pressure vessels. Just let nature take it's course, experience is the best teacher.

if cylinders have high presuure and they land on the valves you have an home made torpedo.

give them some sort of padded landing device.

whats the conditions like and i dont mean the weather,

pay, hours, accom etc ?

elgreko55 my friend, you have a firm grasp of the way things are, and a very clear way to say it.

i understand that, but if anyones injured do they try and blame some else ?

It may even pay to set up a safe display of what could happen ie torpedo cylinders or a weakened cylinder that explodes to be put on national TV ?

i beleive the top part of the external cover protects the cylinder valve.

As the cylindesr are light i beleive the handling will be more gentle than the heavy steel ones .This is the reason i need 2-3 samples to market and approve it.

Composite? How about electrostatic loads safety and sparks? Or is it clay?
