Bus Duct

Why we using bus duct at Distribution Trafo output side? cannot we use cable?

For transformers of capacity upto and including, say, 500kVA, cables can be/are used. Above this rating, one has to lay more number of cable runs and termination in the confined transformer LV Terminal box space becomes an issue. So, bus bars are used for these capacities.
