This is madness, water and petrol don't mix. As far as I know there is no sensible reason.
turn off the CAPS LOCK
It is considered to be the equivalent od shouting and therefore rude.

Language barrier.

Do you HAVE water in your petrol and don't WANT it there?

OR, do you WANT water in your petrol and don't HAVE it there?

Check your oil dosing compressor based line, which needs proper filters. according to me the oil supply compressor line could be the culprit for your water contamination in petrol line. Try manual oil feeding , check your results and conclude on my statement.

The oil supply line means online mixer line of the lubrication oil along with petrol.

Please turn off Caps Lock. Many readers consider it to be akin to SHOUTING, and rather rude.

There is no reason to mix water and petrol as the two fluids do not mix. Further, water in a petrol tank will cause a petrol engine to mis-fire or, if bad, cause damage to the engine, rendering it inoperable.

One remedy for small quantities of water in a petrol tank is to add a small bottle of Methylated Spirits ("denatured alcohol") to the tank.

who's "we"?

if that means someone else other than you, maybe you should ask him why he's asking you to do the impossible.

Could our guest be thinking of boosting power in an IC engine by using water injection?

Indeed water injection is known to improve combustion efficiency in both petrol and diesel engines (I seem to recall claims of 15% or better improvement in fuel consumption, but probably too many potential complications and expense (a second set of tanks, filters, pumps, injectors, etc.) to make it commercially feasible. I did see an aftermarket system for diesel cars being developed and tested in Germany some years ago, but have not seen or heard anything of it since.
