4-20ma Across Phone

So I have a 4-20ma signal on copper now but am wanting to replace the copper with a radio link, similar to this device:

I have not yet found a device that will convert the 4-20ma to a signal that can be continuously monitored using one of the two "lines" provided by the Trailblazer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

The Trailblazer is going to be used to replace a voice line between the two points and I would like to use the second line to carry the 4-20ma.
