1. Which cycle the Steam turbine runs? and which the Gas Turbine ?

2. The Steam Turbine is basically a/an (impulse/eraction/hybrid) turbine whereas Gas Turbine is a/an (impulse/reaction/hybrid) Turbine

It does little good to simply type your homework question here.

If you tell us which ones you believe are correct, and why, we will discuss it with you.

The statement is simply not true - there are many turbines with a two stage Curtis wheel or eve a single stage wheel, so they have the same or fewer stages than some gas turbines.

The answer your teacher is looking for has more to do with the beviour and properties of steam compared to the behaviour and properties of a b****y hot gas.
