DSOs and STM USAGE

hello!

would u please tell me what is (DSOs) digital signal level?

what is it and how and where can we use it? and would u please tell me complet information about it

2, what is STM (synchronouse transfer mode) and how and where we can use it i think we can use it in hiegher transmission in optical

To me a DSO is a Digital Storage Oscilloscope... I'm not sure what you are asking...
