No body can give you how to design motor in a discussion forum, the subject is too complex and if some one does comes forward the details will be meaningless to you unless you are a designer yourself.

Please be specific what is your requirement for example, do you want to improve the power factor or do you want to alter the length and diameter or do you want to improve the cooling arrangement or do you want to improve noise figure etc.

If your desire is exclusive to design any type of motor, my advise is to get a book on machine design ant try if you can pick up the philosophy.
