This has been covered in a number of threads on this forum.

But some magic numbers are 30mA current above 60 volts dc/ac all the same.

The biggest problem is disrupting the heart beating signal or defibrillating the heart.

Depending on the moisture content of the skin, burns will occur even at low voltages like 6 volts.

Most residual current circuit breakers aimed at limiting the effects of electric shock on mains-powered systems are set at 30mA imbalance trip current.

Shocks and Burns are caused by current flowing through the body and not due to the voltage. However current flowing through the body follows ohm's Law I =V/R.
