Dear Sirs,

IOCL wants that all welding machines being used in their project need be calibrated annually. Now I have to calibrate about 30 machines. How do I go about.

Ask the IOCL for a specification of what is required.
It maybe a mere safety check they want.

Maybe you are testing the quality of the weld for your calibration. Otherwise you are going to need some current transformers to capture the calibration information.
