Reverce -> Reverse ??

If you know the difference between power (= real power) and reactive power, the reverse power and reverse reactive power are just the power and reactive power which flow in the opposite direction of their expected flow.

The concept of real power and reactive power is very basic in electrical engineering and helpful information is available in many websites. Click here if you need help to inderstand them.

let me also add some information regarding to reverse power flow for you

here is a good two figs

In steady state condition in fig 3.4 shows the utility power feeding the plant generator's bus bar. It means plant generator plus utility power together are feeding Local Load.

But in fig-3.5 shows when there is a fault in utility distribution system and it trips the utility's breaker to isolate the plant from the grid and this plant has another connection with plant generator to these load. So, now the power flow reverses from local generator to the plant. That's why in such a situation mostly Reverse power relay is used to prevent this reverse power flow.
