Dear all

One of our cement mill separator motor 430 v 415 kw Delta connected VVVF controlled (ABB ACS 800) motor Tripping the reason showing unbalance.

ACS 800 having two nos of inverter module, we tested with one by one (separately) module then the motor running without any problem

If it with two inverter the problem is showing again anybody having any experience same these situations? Please be advice to us

Based on your information it is ACS800 multidrive with two inverter module.

Does it show number of inverter causing current unbalance?

Check DC link votage going to Inverter Module a difference of few volt can also cause the problem.

Regards

Bharat

Maybe you can check ACS800 setting.

if running with an encoder check it, try running open loop (without the encoder) and see if you get a trip

Your both the drive units are individualy running ok, means the control going to both the Drives through APBU (DDCS Branching unit) may be the problem OR Optical cable missing the signal.

We replaced a working APBU from other units but the problem is showing again (tripping happening after some time of the motor running only )
