Powerplant Boiler Fans

what are the operation conditions of boiler fans(FD/ID fans) and which companies make them?

You have to decide the flow and the pressure required for the intended service. FD and ID blowers are typically low pressure high volume machines. The main difference being that the ID fan must be capable of handling hot gases.

As to who makes them, this would depend very much on what size you are talking about. A search (based on flow volume) on Globalspec will give you some ideas, or contact one of the boiler manufacturers that are represented in your area such as Babcocks & Wilcox etc.

hi, thank you for your guide. if you can introduce me a link that i can get exact information about FD/ID fan operation condition there(usual temperature,pressure,humidity,... of entrance air for Fd fans and outlet gases for ID fans in powerplant cycle) please assist me! thanks again.
