how to deside a pipe wich is under IBR or not

like heat no., standard etc

Correlate the Heat nos with Particular Test Certificate,so that we can know whether the Pipe is offered to IBR or not.

If offerd the IBR stamp and Signature will appear in the Material Test Certificate.
