Please referv to Cable Manufacturers' Catalogues. Apply all de-ration factors. Also, give due consideration to Voltage Drops. Also, ensure the short time withstand rating of the cable.

Happy

We don't like to do the work for the engineer. Do the following

1. Convert the load to amps from the info 25 MVA and 33 kv

2. Select a MFG for your cable

3. Select a cable based on the amperage requirements

4. Calcullate the VD using this cable to determine if it meets your requirements. If not

5. Select a bigger cable and repeat #4

I would like to see you work so please post it for us to see

2X 630 mm2 Al cable runs per phase based on certain assumptions on derating factors short circuit time duration. This should suffice. You may like to check and come back and share with us your findings.

wareagle has given you an excellent comment please also consider the ambient temperature and the cable's max.operating temperature. There must be high temperature than normal places.

Hi

1- Load current

2- all derating factors llike depth , temp , grouping ---

3- this will give you an approx cable rating for cable size

4- check voltage drop across cable

5-check short ckt capability for cable

make 2 sets of cable if permitted

rgds

25MVA? 33KV? This sound like a major job. But to ask here listening to random answers with question like what is "MFG" is really mind boggling
