Suggest Some Good Construction Software For Electrical Projects

07/20/2010 5:53 AM

I am searching for some software which can aid me in managing my day to day work at a mixed site of residential and commercial buildings.

I have about 200 villas to look after so i have to plan about the manpower needed for cable pulling, chipping and such other works related to the electrical engineering. The project is just about to start.

I tried to google search but all in vain.

If you have any links to books/ software or any other website which might help me in handling my first big project, i shall be thankful to you.

Thanks

I would use VisionProject. It is a really good and powerful system for a lot of things. You can also use it for document management and issue tracking, which could be really good for you. This way you can separate between normal tasks and problems that occured. You can also document things you want to keep (for example if you do an annual look through each building) to keep them for comparison in the future.
