Junkmail

I am trying to retrieve junkmail from my outlook express emails-not receiving all my emails and thinking they are being sent to junkmail-but for the life of me cannot find how to pull the junkmail up

Outlook express is an email client. It organizes and opens email on your hard drive. You need to access your online mail server. In other words, if your email address is wxyz@yahoo.com, you need to access your online yahoo account to view junk mail, change junk mail settings, etc.

Look in tools, message rules, blocked senders

Have you got a double chevron a bit like this:-

.....V

Click on it; then click on the Junk E-mail folder (normally just below the Inbox folder)
