Any suggestions on which is most effective type of 100 meters transmitter and receiver module?

do you mean communication up to 100 metres ?

is it line of site, or is there buildings between points of communication

Do you mean radio, or optical ie infra red

and what do you need to transmit voice, data, video, all of them, ?

ie if no line of site, then that would rule out optical, and microwave.

video would need a wider band width than voice.
