I assume that your question is to calculate the static pressure of the blower to overcome the resistance of the duct system. To calculate exactly we need the duct and its associated system. In general blower has to deliver the required quantity of fluid overcoming resistances offered by various equipment in the system. For example in air handling unit the air passes through coiling or heating coil, filters, duct outlets and length of ducts etc. A blower has to work against a head. It is similar to calculate the head of a pump. There are tables and procedures available. You can refer any standard text book.

Either look in the original equipment manufacturer's performance charts for the blower in question, or use a manometer.
