can anybody explain why CNC control are suitable for SPM(specia purpose machine) for axle manufacturing?

Why in a special application change the control structure. You are just talking about a CNC lathe or machining center with a few extras designed to your needs in particular. Why try to write applications to a PLC that are all ready written. Application that are there for the purpose of what you are doing machining. Easier to just add to it for the special applications and less costly on your end.
