i want to know how to draw a single line diagram for a switchyard of 3 units

you seems to be a student.

What are you interested in ? ANSI code symbols ? or component selection ?

drawing is only the representation of what you are intendeing to execute. Important is compnent selection - covering all the aspects of Protection, Measurements , operations.
