For a start, you'll need some steel rule dies to cut out the shapes and heat sealers, probably RF, to put the parts together. Things like procurement, assembly, packaging and distribution are in there somewhere, too.

More details would only help.

thank you lynlynch, I understand about steel dies but RF I don't, why not use only heat?

What and why they use RF.

Er, might it be something to do with the risk of melting the plastic over the contact-heating surfaces and it catching fire? RF sounds like a better idea....

You'll need to hire someone who can set this up for you.

Good luck.

Hello inedesca.

After reviewing your website, I must say you certainly have an eclectic product offering.

Who knows... if you are able to bring this project through, lynlynch and I may include some of your products in the next LynDoor® Industries catalog.

Well, maybe, partner. I remember the "Rubber Ducky" thing we tried to do. I still find some of those when I backwash the pool.

We did take those out, didn't we?????

Good morning.

I did use a few of the "Rubber Ducky" items to populate the 'Chick Magnet'... baby ducks are chicks (sort of), after all.

The desired effect is difficult to achieve. I may have to resort to the old standby, a Corvette or similar. How is your restore project coming along?
