OLTC Automation

In our substation we use OLTC to adjust the voltage around 230V is there any automation possible here?

automation surely can be installed. Why don't you try to use AVR relay? It's a common practice in transformer design.

AREVA or ABB can be your 1st clue to get AVR relay

Very much possible an is very much in vogue too, with an Automatic Volatge Regulating Relay and with a motorised tap changer gear.
