WHAT SHOULD BE THE SHELL & DISH THICKNESS FOR 1000 LITERS & 2000 LITERS AIR RECEIVER @ 10 BAR PRESSURE

Dear Guest,

The thickness is not related to volume of vessel. It needs following basic paramters to be decided.

1)Design Pressure

2)Design Temperature

3)Internal diamter

4)Type of head incase of head

5)Material strength(Usually SA516 gR 60/70 is followed)

6)Corrosion Allowance

7)Joint efficiency

Comeback with this information. I am sure you will get what you expected.
