Temperature Rise Test

Can someone guide me to know, That what is the temperature rise limits difference between rectangular and round edges copper busbar ?

I am in MV metal clad switchgear design field. In detail i want to know which of the above edges copper busbar is good for temperature rise test and how ?

Dear Mr. lylynch,

I think this forum is not only for knowledge, I do believe that someone can use this forum to extend his knowledge as well. I want to know other's opinion about the said subject. For me i have done it many times , for instance in KEMA, CESI and KOREA. let us know other's opinion.

This is not the subject to design with others opinion. There is already some standards which have to follow if you want keep the compliance. You never should have asked this question if you have done it many times and you are aware about the standards you mentioned.

the one with more cross sectional area will give y better result in temprature rise
