Hello Sinosiya,

As a Cr4 member it always goes through ones mind , "is this guy serious", " is it worth replying and sharing the hard earned knowledge with an OP".

I have followed your line of questioning in you multiple posts. Why don't you share a little more of where you are going with all of it and get a comprehensive answer instead of BS'ing around your subject matter.

Yes it is very normal to use IML to decorate plastic chairs and it is much more economical to use a valve gated hot runner system rather than a direct hot or cold sprue gate or a three plate mold to make your chair. The reason being is that with a valve gated hot runner system you can control the timing of the entry of the plastic into the mold. You can begin from the center of the tool and open the gate, as the flow front passes the second valve gate you open it and it keeps the flow moving while reducing the knit lines or weld lines in the part giving a better --less likely to crack chair.

To fill a chair with such a system will take approx 2 seconds and the rest of the cycle from the switch over to packing pressure to cooling will comprise the rest of you cycle. For a chair the frozen layer switch over point will be at approximately 18 seconds where High pressure packing is finished. You have ultimate control of the filling of the tool.

With a Cold or hot sprue you have to worry about flow lengths of the material, Knit lines, warpage due to uneven filling and then sprue removal by operator or by robot in the case of a chair mold. You can mount the sprue clipper on the EOAT /end effector and reduce operator error.

Anyway---- don't get me started. Hope this helps. Help yourself and us and be More Specific with the whole question and put it in one post!!!!!
