This is not a good topic for the untrained dabbler!

That, surely, is why he wishes to read up on it. Or do you disapprove?

Hi PW Slack;

I'm currently undergoing training in electrical distribution design and construction of 11kV to 22kV, wish to read more on the topic to compare my country's standards to stamdards practiced in other regions of the world.

Guess I probably did not state myself clearly.

Hi Shirlly;

The company I just joined and am undergoing traning with is a power utility company, Papua New Guinea Power Limited (PNG Power Ltd). So we do not manufacture switchgear.

My website is for sale. Down loadable design and construction of 11 kV and 22kV. Do you interested to buy it?

This question has been answered by myself (and others) on CR4 previously. Try a search of CR4 for more information (including links to websites and free E-books and manuals we have posted).

Please note that any information we have posted in no way constitutes a replacement for a suitable electrical engineering qualification (or similar) when working with or designing power transmission and/or distribution systems (and their associated parts).
