wat exactly u want from that driver circuit? ur solar panel will charge batteries in day and batteries will light ur street lights at night

Normally the race is decided for day, then street lights are not required in the circuit. But still you can design circuit. it is simple few straights and turns and zigzag. Limit the total distance of circuit within 5kms.
