Hot runner system is an advanced technology that apply on the plastic injection mould thermal insulation runner system, is a hot point that injection molding developed.
So called hot runner molding, is the process that the material keep the molten state from the injection machine nozzle to the gate, there is no need for the controller to wait the material solidify and take it out as the waste, the melt material in the running gate system could be used again at the next shooting.
Composite of hot runner
1. The board of hot runner: the shape of the board could be divided into a front, H type, Y type, and X type; and the main task is convey the material in equal amounts to the main runner and then to every solo nozzle.
2. Nozzle: according to the nozzle structure, the type of hot runner could be divided into open type and needle valve type. The latter is more advanced than the former on the nozzle technology, and the specific advantages are as follows:
A. There is no gate scars in the products, and the trace on the gate place is light;
B. This needle valve type could take big gate and add the speed rate to fill the material into the cavity, meanwhile lower the injected pressure, and decrease product transformation.
C. The type could also avoid salivation and draw bench;
D. It can prevent material sucking back from the mould cavity when the screw moves back.
3. Heating element heater: it is a vital part of hot runner system, such as heating rod, heating circle, tubular heater, spiral heater, and so on.
4. temperature controller: is a kind of equipment that take control of every situation in the hot runner system, there are on-off, integral differential ratio control and new type intelligentize temperature controller from bottom to top, and if the customers have the special requests, they could work with other intramode assembly.
