Traction feeders

Dear Sir,

I want to know, how a traction feeders errected?, where BTs are connected? what is mean by FOCS and ROCS? I want to see a single line diagram of traction feeder? what is input and output of traction feeder? how 3 phases are distributed in traction line?

If any link or meterial reg this, pls give that link.
