Non-Conductive Vacuum Metalization (NCVM)

Hi All, Anyone know a cheap and quick method how to perform an inspection on Non-Conductive Vacuum Metalization (NCVM). My understanding that a conductive metalization would imped the RF of a radio set. So a Non-Conductive Vacuum Metalization (NCVM) would allow the RF to pass through.
