Who will decide the requirement of services (SWAN) in the utility stations when it is located on grade, elevated structures & tower platform?
Which department is responsible for providing the particular service requirement in the particular location of the plant?
The plant design piping guy will only locate or ensure that the entire unit area is totally covered by locating the utility station throughout the site? However once he locates those stations, who is there to guide him with the service (SWAN) for those stations?
