Welding

i have a pqr of 3 passes by gtaw (2.4mm) and supporting wps of 4 passes(2.4mm), do i have to edit my wps to match pqr

may have to append your wps. Word it to cover it..... i.e. Have it open ended to be able to cover multi proceedures. And have registered by your AI. imo p911

If this WPS was mentioned to support the PQR than yes it should have the actual values mentioned on the supporting WPS

If the WPS was drawn up afterwards and only refers to the supporting qualified PQR than this is not necessary. Because of the thickness validation range of PQR you can have more layers in WPS for thicker materials than needed for this qualified PQR.
