	I would guess that the OP means an Ehtylene Oxide Plant - but then who cares, the compressor inlet guide vanes don't. __________________ I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious. Albert E

	igv is nothing but inlet guide vane control.the function of igv is to control the flow rate of fans or compressor.
