We experience some problems with a siemens 2000 Kw master drive:F025

We found a cable with the red phase down to earth. The cable was repaired but still the drive trips on F025

Did you try calling Siemens?

F025 is usually a failed IGBT transistor. Your bad cable probably fried it, you will need to get the drive repaired by a qualified technician, and I would recommend replacing all of the transistors because a fault like that usually damages several, it's only one that fails first. So if you only replace one, you will be calling the technician out again later to replace the others one by one. Just bite the bullet and get it over with.
