Pipe Wall Thickness

As per specification,we have use SS SCH 40S pipes & fittings,but we wrongly used SS SCH 10S.Now our client has rejected the pipes.Kindly give solution for this issue.

Accept the guilt. Replace the fittings with the correct ones.

This way your company may stay in business. If you try to weasel your way out of this legitimate claim, the client will undoubtedly spread the word that your company is not to be trusted.

The only possible explanation was that someone thought they could sneak it by the client but got caught.

There should be no reason for this post - you have to replace the fittings as a previous poster noted.

This is not much different than sticking a gun in someone's face - possibly more dangerous depending on the application!
