How can I decide the mainline testpressure of slurry pipelines and what are the parameters should I consider?

The test pressure needs to be greater than the operating pressure and less than or equal to the rated pressure of the pipeline materials given their diameter and wall thickness.

The operating pressure is determined by considering all the sources of pressure in the pipeline; usually the stall pressure of the pump in the line is considered and this information can be found on the manufacturer's performance curve for the pump.
