Steam Turbine - Electronic Governors

What are the Electronic Governors that make the Steam Turbine to run in parallel with Grid and Plant load

This is a manufacturer of engine/turbine governors. They may have just what you need.

i know they will make it. But I also want to compare the others with them and want to know lagging feature and the second is Woodward is very costly.
