IN 132 KV SWITCHYARD WHICH MATERIAL SHOULD BE TAKEN MS ROUND BARS AND GI STRIPS FOR EARTHMAT AND WHY?

Please refer to IEEE 80.

Any material can be used. Only the material constants during thermal sizing would vary depending upon the material. Between MS & GI due allowance should be given for corrosion too.
