Magnets in Generators

08/24/2010 6:20 AM

i m looking for help in developing a generator with which we can generate electricity , as i have developed a one with permanent magnetic rotor with electromagnetic stature. when we start this motor with the help of 220v/230 ac it generates 210volts currents against the use of 220v so there seems no use of appying this unit to anywhre.

any suggestions?

What provides the power to rotate your generator?
If it is electricity, as you suggest, you will never get out as much as you put in , you are wasing your time and have simply created a machine to demonstrate the obvious fact that you don't get energy free, as there are always frictional and electromagnetic losses.
If it is wind, water, steam or somesuch then you may generate usefull power.

A machine which wastes power has no application, as a simple lightbulb will acheive this admirably, with the added benefit that you can see it happening, even at night

You should patent it.
