Dual-Direction or Dual Action Hydraulic Damper/Cylinder/Piston

I am seeking a manufacturer of dual-direction or dual action hydraulic damper/cylinder/piston that allows resistance in each direction that is suitable for very lightweight fitness equipment. The working stroke length of the cylinder needs to be 500mm – 600mm with the ability to adjust resistance levels for the compression stroke and the traction stroke with a pressure/tension adjustment range of 10n – 120n (quite low). Additionally, since the working pressure is low, the cylinder itself need not be made of tough or robust steel, but could be made in an alloy or very light mild steel or even made in tough ABS plastic.

Can anyone help me to locate such a cylinder and/or manufacturer.
