I'm not sure why Del is getting the "off topic" rating on his comment... it's valid. You're asking "how good" but you don't ask in respect to the intended use. A PI of 11 means nothing without knowing whether you intend to grow plants, line a pond, lay as a road subgrade, stabilize a slope, erect a building on it... etc, etc...

It's like asking "Is water at -15 degrees good?"... it just depends on how you want to use it.
