Domino Printer A100+ Administrator Password

I have found with auxiliary devices that while not always, MOST of the time the default user name is the "manufacturer" name and the default password is either "admin" or "administrator".

Have you tried:

User: domino

Psswd: admin

Can you call Domino customer support fore assistance?

Thanks KJK, good idea, I did try but did not work.

I did call technical support, what they do is to generate a file base on a number that the screen show, after I received I plug the USB pen to the port and press the reset password option, after this the message is " password has been defaulted", then I tried ( typing very carefully)the password and ID they are telling me, but It does not work, ...............

It looks like they just want to send a technician and then bill you ?.
